Mental health in Boston has been negatively impacted during COVID-19. Young adults in particular have suffered and need better access to available resources. Please join renown medical experts, policy makers and patient advocates in this critical AAWI-Feagin Health Equity Access Forum. The time for solutions is now.

Featured Panel of Speakers The first AAWI-Feagin Health Equity Forum brought key figures together to discuss the challenges faced for mental health care and access in the Boston area and beyond, with a focus on COVID-19 and how the pandemic has changed the landscape for mental health. A model for healthcare leadership was presented, foundational to health equity work in any specialty. Dr. Augustus A. White led with an opening address, followed by a welcome message from BIDMC President Peter Healy, and a panelist discussion including the following esteemed guest speakers: Dr. Nkechi Conteh, Dr. Ariana Gianakos, Dr. Charmain Jackman, Akriti Bhambi, and Lashyra Nolen.
